It was a very happy weekday and I felt like doing something fun after work...
...and I got a brilliant idea to meet up with one of my best girl friend, Eri,
to cook dinner @ my new place!
Here began our attempt to cook my secret Cabonara recipe
an Australian friend, Chris Tope, taught me. (:
There are TWO secrets in this recipe.
#1 is this CHARGRILLED CAPSICUM.
Then we have FRESH mushrooms,
+ 1 medium bombay onion, and 1/2 ROAST honey chicken.
The red thingy is the capsicum; sliced.
***Meee & Erieee***
Eri stirring the spaghetti...
Texture testing 1 2 3... Test 1 2 3. I actually tested more than 6 times.
Finally the spaghetti was cooked! This was Eri mixing it with butter... *yum yum*
It smelt ooh-so-milky-&-buttery~!

*sniff sniffs*
Peeping through the gigantic glass bowl.
Cook the sauce... Cook cook.....
Pour in BETA thickening milk...
And Secret #2 -Add in 2T of Sugar!

Had lots of quality time together munching WASABI Cashews and chattering awayyy~

Thank God my stepsister so kind wannn. LOL!
Had cotton cheese cake mum made all the way from Labis for dessert. (((:
...resting our full tummies on cozy sofas under dimmed warm lights...
