Who knows what is Couscous ?!! Hahaha !!! I bet you don't lorr ~

Couscous is a food of the Maghreb of Berber origin. It consists of spherical granules which are made by rolling and shaping moistened semolina wheat and then coating them with finely ground wheat flour. The finished grains are about 1 mm in diameter after cooking.

Today, I made : Couscous salad !!!!! *geng leh~*

OK, the beginning is like this (Ingredients) :

The process of cooking the Couscous with spice and butter...




Boiled some sweet potatoes and made them naked ...




These are the basic ingredients. (The preparing takes time, not the cooking.)




Get a salad bowl,




Pour in the Couscous,




The fresh, hot, sweet potatoes,




The sliced and diced capsicums and giant onion...




Add in kernel corns and chick peas ...




There you go~!!! All came togetha' in a wonderful, splashy Couscous salad!!!!!
