Absence makes the heart grows fonder.

Just like a little girl who misses the sun; watching the incessant raindrops hitting against her window pane -instead of playing outside her garden during summer time.

Or perhaps like a wife waiting for her other half to return in one piece from the battlefield during World War II.

Maybe an old lady waiting for God to take her soul away; because it's so much more painful to feel her organs malfunctioning; one every year.

As mortals live to wait, those who speaks more tend to loathe, as introverts keep untold tales & secrets to themselves within their own ubiety for as long as their want to. No matter what the situation or circumstance is, human still live and love to wait. Ironic.

When there's waiting, that means there's a goal to reach within a certain time line. & only when there's a goal, we have a reason to live.

Having said all that, I've been absent and waiting these days. Just like the little girl waiting for the sun to paint the sky gold again before evening sets in and concludes a day. In the meantime however, there are these wonderful people around me which makes life worth living while "waiting"... (:

My life has been replenished with fine cuisines and lovely peachy morsels for the past week. Here in By the Bay, we wanderlust to a piquant journey along Silkroad Restaurant at Pavilion for a food review session with Terry (a Red FM DJ).

Dear readers, here is another restaurant which i would love to introduce to you guys. It's Johorian, it's asli, it's sensational, it's divine, & the place is so so so cosy!

Restaurant A.J (remember the members of Backstreetboys anyone? lol -Bryan, Nick Carter, Kevin, Howie, A.J) is situated just opposite my office; which is located next to Vistana Hotel. So it is fairly easy to spot. ;)

A.J always plays traditional malay music from the P. Ramlee times, it's just SO nostalgic & i lurrrve it! plus, the cosiness prolly makes me dreamy in here... kekeke~! #^^#

This time around however, instead of pampering my soul listening to aesthetic symphonies or just simply indulge in the tantalizing taste of rempah-ratus, i brought Ruby; one of my bestest friend from college, who just came back from Tasmania for the semester break!
